Join us in celebrating the talented artists of our Vitality Arts program, a free art-making course for individuals aged fifty-five and over seeking a community-based creative outlet. Over ten weeks, participants visited the special exhibitions A Movement in Every Direction: Legacies of the Great Migration and Thierry Mugler: Couturissime and created textile art inspired by the themes of family, migration, race, gender, fashion, and body image.
This program is free and open to the public.
Vitality Arts is a free program that aims to provide a place for individuals aged fifty-five and over to build community, develop artistic skills, and explore creative outlets. Leadership support is provided by E. A. Michelson Philanthropy.
