Silver-plate, with four straight tines. The sides of the handle flare out gradually into a straight line to the rounded corners and gently domed crest of the handle. The handle is decorated with a dense overall floral pattern with two full flowers in the broad end of the handle. The leaves and flowers are set against a background of dense thin horizontal lines. The decoration is in low relief and highly textured giving the handle an overall matte effect. The reverse is entirely undecorated. Embossed Pattern.
CONDITION - Very good. Some minor plate loss at base of tines on reverse and small area of loss on reverse of broad area of handle. Scratches due to normal wear.
