"CUR" at the beginning of an image file name means that the image was created by a curatorial staff member. These study images may be digital point-and-shoot photographs, when we don\'t yet have high-quality studio photography, or they may be scans of older negatives, slides, or photographic prints, providing historical documentation of the object.
Grotesque head of opaque colored glass. The head has a bald, rounded skull, and wide beard. The brows are curved, and of yellow glass as are the outlines around the eyes, the cosmetic line (on left eye only), and ear (no ear preserved on the right side). The eyes are white with blue pupils. The nose is blue as is a border line around the edge of the beard which also runs around the back of the head. There is a hole in the bottom of the head.
