Concave, oval face mask with two concave horns projecting from the top. The face is bisected by a ridge running down the middle of the face; rectangular eyes and a crescent-shaped mouth complete the face. One of the horns was previously broken and repaired locally with a metal brace and nails. Both eye holes are surrounded by clusters of red Abrus precatorius seeds, inset in beeswax. Intaglio lines run above the lines, and in two rings around the mouth. The entirety of the mask is covered in a thick, crusty carbonized patina.
