A rectangular center table (a) with removable white marble top (b) with light gray streaking, rounded corners and beveled edges. The rosewood skirt decorated throughout with evenly spaced quatrefoils above a carved molding of alternating elongated ovals and rounded disks, above a scalloped lower frieze terminating in acorn-shaped finials. The four corners of the table adorned with cast iron bearded full-faced masks above cast iron bulls’ legs, the tops decorated with a swirled wave-pattern and terminating in realistically rendered lower legs and hooves.
CONDITION: Overall good condition, retaining original dark patina of cast iron elements. Wood elements in good condition, except for a missing section of molding below the mask on one of the four corners of the table. Marble stained.
