Catalogue Description:
(a) ivory bodied, ovid form, slightly lobbed ends tapering to a narrow raised foot, lower third of body has narrow molded ribbed design; small molded beaded pattern at top of shoulder. Aesthetic style design, transfer printed in black, repeated graphic flower in pot design, interspersed with graphic flower in semi-circle design; applied molded handles, squared 'c' shape with printed chevron design on top of handle and stripes descending to frond at base of handle. (b) domed, shallow indented lid, with transfer printed in black repeat of floral graphic design from body on lower third of lid, center diaper pattern upper third of lid and diamond grid with scroll and stylized, graphic flower design at lid top. Applied handle, transfer printed in brown decoration handle with frond shape ends and striped, chevron pattern at center of handle. Condition: (a) Good, normal wear to foot and small manufacturing flaw interior body and at rim. (b) Good, discolored manufacturing flaws on inside of rim.
