Catalogue Description: Green faience bowl. Interior decorated in black with figure of a monkey playing the double flute amidst decorations. Black border around inner rim. The bowl is unusually heavy. Probably a New Kingdom piece. Condition, the bowl has been assembled from two pieces; the rim is chipped and the glaze is worn in spots.
